Food has always been more than just food to me.
From a young age, I’ve had a deep passion for it — not just the cooking, but the way food brings people together. Some of my best memories revolve around meals shared with family, sitting around a table, laughing, talking, and simply being present. Food was comfort. Food was connection. Food was home.
Alongside that passion, I’ve always carried another dream: owning and operating my own business. I wanted something that was truly mine — something I could build from the ground up, pour my energy into, and be proud of every single day. For a long time, though, I struggled with one big question: what kind of business?
It took time to figure that out.
I explored different ideas, weighed different paths, and reflected a lot on what truly mattered to me. The answer kept circling back to food. It felt natural. It felt right. Food had always been there for me — during good times, hard times, and everything in between. It had a way of comforting people and bringing them together in a way few other things can.
I had always loved the idea of owning a food truck, but I wasn’t sure what kind of food I wanted to make. I didn’t want to do something ordinary. I wanted something that felt meaningful, comforting, and memorable — something that would make people stop, smile, and come back for more.
Then everything changed during a trip.
Last year, I was traveling through Pinetop, Arizona, when I came across a small frybread pop-up stand. I couldn’t help myself — I had to stop. Frybread has always been one of those foods for me. Even though it has never been part of my heritage, I’ve always loved it. The fluffy texture, the warmth, the home-style comfort — it’s the kind of food that instantly makes you feel good.
As I sat there eating, I started to notice something else.
The line.
It was packed. People kept coming. Families, couples, kids — everyone was waiting patiently for their turn. Watching that stand buzz with energy, I felt something click. Right there, in that moment, it hit me: this is it.
That single moment sparked everything.
One idea led to another, and before I knew it, Everything Frybread was born. I didn’t want to just sell frybread — I wanted to do something different. I wanted to put a twist on it. I wanted a menu that felt fun, bold, and creative, while still honoring that comforting, homemade feeling that frybread brings.
From there, I went all in.
I bought the truck. I bought the trailer. I designed the logo. I spent countless hours creating and testing recipes. I explored flavor combinations, textures, and ideas — pushing myself to create a unique menu that truly lives up to the name Everything Frybread. Savory, sweet, classic, and unexpected — all centered around one simple, comforting foundation.
This journey hasn’t been overnight. It’s been filled with planning, learning, experimenting, and a whole lot of heart. But every step has been worth it.
And now, I’m incredibly excited to share what comes next.
I’m proud to announce that Everything Frybread will be officially launching with its grand opening in January. This is more than just a food truck to me — it’s the result of years of passion, patience, and belief in a dream that finally found its shape.
Thank you for being part of this journey. I can’t wait to serve you, share my love of food with you, and welcome you into the Everything Frybread family.
Stay tuned — the best is yet to come.
